Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept Paypal and Google Wallet.
Q: How will I know when my order has shipped? Will I get a tracking number?
A: We will send you email confirmation when you place your order and when your order ships. The email will include USPS tracking for your package.
Q: How much will it cost to ship my order?
A: All orders ship FREE. Orders will typically be sent USPS Priority Mail and will always include tracking.
Q: How long will it take for me to receive my order?
A: Orders typically ship the day after we receive them and are typically sent USPS 2 - 3 day Priority Mail. This means you should have your items in your hands in 3 - 4 days but sometimes less.
Q: Can you ship outside of the U.S.?
A: We are not currently shipping any orders overseas. The exportation of some firearm accessories, such as bolt carrier groups, is regulated in the U.S. so we cannot directly ship our products overseas.
Q: How can I cancel my order?
A: Orders placed with Sunny State Outdoors may be cancelled prior to shipping. Please email email@example.com as soon as possible after placing an order if you need to cancel.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund. If your item has a manufacturing defect, you can return it at any time. If you need to return an item contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q: Are your products made in the USA?
A: All of our products are genuine, high quality, and made in the USA.
